Bruce and I looked at TEKS for language arts, social studies, and science. For the most part, only the language arts TEKS had objectives that seem applicable. Of course, you can find ways to use blogs and wikis in social studies and/or science, we just can't find TEKS that seem to relate. 9.4C compile information from primary and secondary sources in systematic ways using available technology.

9.16F make relevant contributions in conversations and discussions

9.21B use a variety of forms and technologies such as videos photographs and webpages to communicate specific messages.
9.21 C use a range of techniques to plan and create a media text and reflect critically on the work produced

The TEKS that begin with a 6 are appropriate for either 4-8 grade or 6-8 grade. The ones that begin with a 9 are appropriate for English I, II, III, and IV.
